Jenny Bova Shop Policies

 

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase & will do everything we can to make a problem right. We are a small studio and thrive on happy customers.

Return Policy:

Our return policy lasts 10 days. If more than 10 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Because of the nature of our studio, we only accept returns on items that have been damaged during shipping or have a manufacturing defect. Please save your shipping information and document any damage. 

Items that cannot be returned:
• Paper products of any kind cannot be returned.

• Handmade & one-of-a-kind products cannot be returned.

• We also do not accept returns on products that are made to order

* Gift cards are not eligible to be returned 
* Downloadable digital products cannot be refunded. 


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If we have communicated to you that a refund is coming and you don't see it after 48 hours, please contact the studio.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in shipping. One-of-a-kind and handmade items are only eligible for a refund, not an exchange, and only if the item was damaged during shipping. To exchange a damaged item please contact the studio. Only the exact same item can be offered in exchange for a damaged item. We ask you to please send photos of the shipping box and any other information we may need if damage is the reason for your return or exchange. 

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Bova Creative, PO Box 370, Powell, OH 43065 United States.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
